Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $70.
International Shipping International shipping is available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions Some tactical items may have shipping restrictions based on local, state, or federal regulations. We will notify you if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your location.
Delivery Issues If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Military & APO/FPO Addresses As a veteran-owned business, we proudly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow additional time for delivery to military addresses.
